File Synchronisation

Hi guys.

Just a quick question - should windows file syncronisation synchronise the entire folder, or just changes made within the folder, when a user logs off?

Synchronizing the whole thing would be silly and unnecessary so IMO it should indeed just sync changes so as to minimize time spent writing to disk, transferring over the network, etc.
