File syncing programs

Does anyone know of a decent OS X equivalent of MS's SyncToy?

Thinking of keeping a synced copy of my iTunes library on the Windows Home Server as well.

I would use rsync, it'll be very straightforward.

If you installed itunes on the home server you can use the 'home sharing' service built into it

I've been using Goodsync since when I was on Windows and now use it on Mac as well.

Thanks, I went with GoodSync, got it set up but not had it kick off copying the 300Gb of data yet...
