File system for 64 Memory Stick

Hey guys,

What file system should i be using on a memory stick thats 64GB,because it only ever shows 32GB In Fat or EXFAT?

Also what software would you recommend to format,Cheers!

I have a Corsair 64GB Voyager GO, using EXFAT it shows up as 57.6GB.

Formatted mine using Windows own format tool.

EDIT

Just copied over a 5GB file, so does not have the 4GB limit like fat32.
