Filezilla update but keep all logins and passwords in site manager?

Is there a way to update Filezilla but backup all logins and passwords for individual sites within Site Manager? I haven't updated for ages because the last time I did so, it wiped all my stored info and I had to manually go through everything again and enter the domain details, passwords etc.

It should just update without losing those, but before you update you can go File -> Export and export all your site manager configs.

You might lose the history for manually entered servers in the quick connect section, but really if you connect to a server a lot it should be in Site Manager anyway.

I think the anewer is a combination of both types of reply
1) The Filezilla FTP settings are always retained when upgrading ehe s/w verion
2) On a frequent basis export your settigns and keep them safe

Also consider using Filezilla Portable so you can just copy/paste the entire folder and back up everything.
