Film continuity. Does it bother anybody else?

The Day After Tomorrow - right at the start when the ice shelf breaks off Dennis Quaid fails to make the jump across the crevasse when out of nowhere and ice pick mysteriously appears in his hand allowing him to climb out.

Also, same movie - they show a football match between Manchester United and Celtic and they've got Celtic playing in the colours of their rivals Rangers

In the Running Man, there is a bit where the show presenter shows a photo on-screen of previous winners of the Running Man, enjoying a tropical / beach holiday. The mistake I spotted is that the winners were still wearing their Running Man costumes on the beach. We later find out that the winners didn't win at all and were killed inside the game zone, but even if they did survive / win the show, they would be wearing beach clothes.

Any film where someone parks in an urban area and doesn't lock their car. How no-one ever nicked the Batmobile from outside City Hall is astonishing.

Any American film where someone fires more rounds without reloading than the weapon actually holds... or when they **** a hammerless pistol... or where no-one hears a silenced pistol... or any other obvious gun-gaffe, which is unforgivable given the level of gun-geekery in America.

Any film where a blade drawn from a leather sheath/scabbard makes a metallic scraping sound...

Anything where someone on the radio says, "Over and Out".
