Don't trailers usually come out 4-5 months before the movie comes out to build up hype? Whats the point of releasing it a month before? I suppose they might release teasers and stuff

That is a Disney CG film called Bolt, looked OK on the trailer on Wall-E.

Next Pixar film is UP - balloons coming out of the chimney floating the whole house with the old guy on the porch. Looks interesting.
