First impression for for the 1st was Punch-Drunk Love, as that was the suit he wore through the entire move. 2nd picture looked like The 'Burbs, but I don't remember any commandos going into the house on that one.

That's what I initially thought, but the charachter works at Retail Rodeo in The Good Girl, and the pic shows a Wal-Mart apron

At least that's according to imdb, I haven't seen the film
