Unless you really want 2x 2GB sticks instead of 4x 1GB sticks

If you have 2x2GB then you can add to it in the future as DDR3 is not going to be mainstream for a while. Also I heard having 2 sticks instead of 4 will put less stress on the mobo. But its up to you.
