I would swop the ram for this...

Its cheaper and overclocks VERY well
even if you don't want to overclock it will run at tighter ram timings.I have 4x 1GB running @ 930mhz 4-4-4-12 2.1v.
Unless you really want 2x 2GB sticks instead of 4x 1GB sticks

I just bought the Corsair 4GB DDR2 XMS2 PC2-6400C5 TwinX (2x2GB).
If you have 2x2GB then you can add to it in the future as DDR3 is not going to be mainstream for a while.
Also I heard having 2 sticks instead of 4 will put less stress on the mobo.
But its up to you.
