Hey guys did a quick search couldn't see anything about it posted so here goes.
Just saw the trailer on IGN here:

Gotta say im thoroughly impressed, I thought it was all pre-rendered footage that was until the in game menus showed up
It may still be pre-rendered as obviously that stuf can be put on but if the game is anywhere near as detailed as that its gonna be great (graphically anyway)
Also another thing I liked about the trailer is that the main character is female, I like this decision as its been a long time since theres beena female lead within a FF game.
