Final revision of the build

this psu is exactly the same just £25 cheaper and has a 5 year warranty instead of 10

This Six core cpu and mobo bundle would be a better long term buy imo for about the same price

The PSU I'm unsure of as I really like the EVGA Supernova.
However, that combo of the cpu and mobo is interesting. I can see it being used for good editorial use for uploading and streaming which is something I am planning on doing anyhow. But! I'll be seeing if this bundle is available in 2 weeks which is when I'll be buying this PC. I'll need to do some further research into both the X99 chipset and the 5820k.

Thanks a lot!

The EVGA is the Superflower underneath. The G2 is the superflower leadex with an EVGA sticker on. Thats the reason the G2 is so highly rated.

Saw that the superflower has short cables, not a fan of that. :P

Also, I looked at the 5820k and it is something I'd consider. However, motherboard-wise I'm not a fan of the X99 SLI.
I was instead then thinking of https://www.overclockers.co.uk/asus...cket-2011-ddr4-atx-motherboard-mb-68b-as.html

However, http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i7-6700K-vs-Intel-Core-i7-5820K states that single core performance is better on the 6700k.

Additionally, if I were to go X99 chipset I'd want Quad-Channel Dominator plats which I don't really like to look of. Therefore, I might just stick with the z170 chipset for now. :)

Thanks.

The Superflower also has bright white leds where the cables plug in that cannot be turned off, the EVGA doesn't plus the EVGA has double the warranty at 10 years compared to the Superflowers 5 years. I would personally take the EVGA even though the Superflower is cheaper just because of those awful leds.

Something I was considering as well. Also, even if I liked the white LEDs on the superflower the H440 has a psu shroud so it wont be seen anyhow. Haha

Not so sure about that though. You would probably have a white glow underneath and at the side of the front door where the vents are. They have been promising a on/off switch for a couple of years now but there is still no sign of it. They need to realise that not everyboady likes tacky bling.
