ok firstly thanks guys for helping me to decide on my components for my budget upgrade.
I just want to get a final sanity check before I buy to make sure this kit will work ok for playing skyrim and other newer games...

I already have a case, memory and a hard disk.

No obvious problems. Did you have any specific concerns?

Have you checked that the drives you're planning to reuse are SATA as there's no PATA support on that motherboard?

Good luck with the build.

RJC asked you what memory you have, but you did`nt reply. Just want to make sure it is DDR3.
 
the memory is ddr3 1333mhz

only thing im missing is dvd/cd to install operating system from.

I do have a powered usb dvd drive. I'm pretty sure I should be able to build from that.

Penny pinching all the way lol
