The 4300 should be easier to overclock as it has a higher multiplier, meaning you don't need to hit as high FSB speeds to achieve a good overclock. It's at high FSB speeds that things start to get strained a little, so it should be slightly easier than with the 6300. :)

If you need any help at the time, just post in the overclocking forum. There's plenty of people willing to help out first-timers.
