Ok guys just about to order, any changes I should make, im at the budget limit here so if there is any changes then must be inside the budget.

You will notice I havent put a GFX card in there, im going to use my 6800GS AGP card until i can afford a 8800GTX to put in the PCI-E slot thats y the choice of MoBo.

Total Cost = £557.96 (inc. VAT and Delivery)

Cheers

I bought that same fan controller last week and ended up taking it out. It didnt seem to adjust the fan speed properly, instead of letting me manually take control of the fan, it just did whatever it wanted even when I took it off 'auto' mode. For example I tried setting the fans to spin at 900rpm in manual mode and it would still spin at around 1000-1100 rpm constantly, got fed up and ended up doing it through the mobo pins/bios.

Right cheers I was thinking of taking it off anyway, need to buy a caddy lol, thanks for the advice. It does looka bit complicated, i think perhaps its used for bigger systems, ill leave it out then have another look for a simple one.

The motherboard only supports up to DDRII667. Will that DDRII800 ram work on it? If it does it will probably scale the ram down to 667mhz, so i would save money and buy cheaper DDRII667 (PC2-5300/5400) ram.

It will work in just will run at 667MHz seen as though Ill be changing my MoBo when i get a New GFX card might as well go for the 800Mhz stuff.

Looked at getting the 667Mhz Crucial Ballistix but its more expensive, and im not interested in messing around with RAm timings and Overclocking just yet.

I dont know if the review is true or not, but when I was considering buying this board for a friend in a similar situation (could not afford a PCIe card) I came accross this.

http://www.ocworkbench.com/2006/asrock/4coredual-vsta/b4.htm

"As we have mentioned before, the VIA PT880Ultra chipset only support a 4X PCIe lane. When we pair up this board with the ASUS EN7900GT, we can immediately see the difference in performance in 3D tests."

The board itself actually performs really well apart from GFX, but if the PCIe lane in limited forget buying an 8800.

remember you only have an OEM copy of vista. If you change the board you may not be able to re-install. I think thats how the OEM copy works...

Why the 32bit version of Vista? You might find yourself better off with 64bit and as ryansm says the OEM version isn't meant to allow you to install on more than one motherboard if memory serves. :)
