Four screws, you pick up a crossheaded screwdriver, insert the pointy end into the screw and rotate counter-clockwise till one screw is removed, repeat this for the other three. Then place the fan in the roof lining up the four holes and screw the four screws back in turning the screwdriver clockwise.

You still get the VAT back on that MSI till the 21st.
The UD5 is missing Lucid+Quicksync as it doesn't have a display connector for the IGP of the CPU, it does have a 20 phases CPU VRM setup though.
The Z68XP UD3P does have Luicd+Quicksync etc, it has 12 phases for the CPU, don't confuse this board with the £2 cheaper Gigabyte Z68X-UD3P
That sounds quite technical for what I know about.
Which would be best in your opinion to go for?

Well I've totally screwed that last post up... haha. Don't I lose 2 years Warranty on a OEM Processor though? But for a Tenner saving's do they ever break? I'm only going to over clocking a normal amount - so not really too heavy for it to break. But knowing my luck...

One bit of advice, as soon as you get the motherboard, check the little pins in the socket for any that look busted/out of shape.

Heh, I think for the security I'd rather have it on 3 years.
stulid, thank you for all your help. Just going to go and place the order now. Going to be picking it up as I'm not paying £19 for it to be delivered tomorrow when it will cost me a tenner in petrol!

All together now! Just want to say thank you for all the input!
If anyone wants to know, I'm currently running this at 4.6GHz (OC on the Motherboard) without any immense increase in Temperature, infact, the Kuhler is still kicking cold air out the back of the fan.
Also, the GFX card is a bit big for the case (had to take out the 4 harddrive enclosure thing), but there's space for 2x HDD's, so it's alright

Didn't really take many, got it all, had to go to the football, got back, mate had unpacked everything and we just put it together
