Here is my final spec before I order it, I am going to wait to see if any of my choices goes on sale next week, so there may be a different 7850 or something like that, so no big changes.
Please can you just make sure that these are all compatible and tell me whether there are any cheaper or better alternatives for less (I am willing to spend £10 more overall).

I'd go for the OEM version of the chip (£20 cheaper as it's currently on offer). Put this towards a decent cooler.

There's also the Seagate 2TB for £71.99 that I'd easily consider over the 500Gb.

Doesn't the OEM have a 1 year warranty compared to a 3 year retail warranty
 
Agreed on above. With a cheap cooler you could also overclock the chip as well for some extra performance. Would really recommend you do so
