Hello Guys/Girls

Initially, I apologise this Is such a long list, but as I'm finalising everything I want to make sure I have Everything needed to put this build together effectively.

Background Info
I will be putting a 360 Radiator at the top of the case with 3x Fans below, I will be swapping the fans at the top of the HAF X for the 200mm fans below. I will also be modifying the HDD bay at the bottom of the case so I can put a 240mm Push Pull Radiator configuration. I will also cut holes at the bottom of the case for the fans to pull air In to the case. I will be either putting the 120mm Rad Internally where the default 140mm Fan Is located or outside of the case. I may also test with this on top of the PSU. Please note I may have ordered extra parts such as cables and connectors, I have simply ordered these as spare and I will send them back or sell them on If they are not needed for the build.

Spent a long time making sure that I've Got everything for the build. Haha, Everyone Hates the HAF X! There Wouldn't be enough room for everything I've planned here as I've planned my build around this case. I Forgot to mention I'll be modding the fans so they can be controlled by a Fan Controller aswell. Keep the comments coming! I might eventually upgrade the case but for now the HAF X Is my choice to be honest!

Thanks again

Jacob

had a double read and didn't spot anything, what o/s are you planning to run on the system ?

any particular reason your going for the sandybridge-e i7 over an ivybridge i7 ?

out of interest what are you planning to use the system for :D.

Well I'm Planning to use ESXi on the machine and then run virtual machines/servers using Windows Server 2008/2011 - Might create another boot option for Just a Windows 7 machine aswell. I will be Getting business broadband with 5 static IP addresses. I've looked at Ivybridge and It's not the best to Overclock compared to the Sandybridge. I'd say It look's better - May upgrade to the Ivybridge X processors when they come out depending on the overclocking performance.

Keep the reply's coming!

Thanks

Jacob

Why ?

Surely your better off using a multi processor seperate server for your work and gaming machine seperate.

Oh and I agree your case choice is pig ugly.

It's Going to be a Training/Own server project, that's why It Isn't for any business need allthough I may be hosting a website for Testing. It won't need to be constantly on so that's why I could use the additional partition/Hard Drive.

Kind regards

Jacob
