So it is that time again, when final year projects are due in, I have just printed mine off and cost me nearly £45.00 quid to print and bind, dam university prices . Would have been cheaper if I bought my own printer, anyway here is mine.

.

What size font did you use?

Makes me glad I didn't go to uni.

44,000 words? Seriously?! Why?

He may well have included a lot of coding, and diagrams if his disseration is on biometrics, software and so on.

My dissertation wasn't 44k words long, but was over 100 pages thick owing to the mathematics, coding, diagrams that I had to include.

As Freefaller says really, includes a lot of coding, and diagrams there are several thousand lines of code i had to include in the appendices, but there is a lot of textual content aswell which was required.

As it is a double module and worth 40 credits in the final year, and there is no timetable for it, time is used on the project.

So do you choose your own subject matter for these things or are they given to you?

As for picking a topic we was given a load at the start of the year, i did not like any of them, so i made my own. my own direction etc, but some people have found this hard and become stuck, as they cannot get much help of their supervisor.

Considering that major parts of my appendices were my results, which were qualitative and quantitative, I honestly do.

Without comprehensive results I would not have been able to make a justifiable and useful conclusion to my project and future research.

same i done qualitative, quantitative & Illuminative Model.
