Finalisation (sp?) of spec

I know your really looking at top end of your budget there but only thing I'd say is you might find it comes back and bites you in the arse later. That PSU might not be looking too great if the DX10 cards are as power hungry as this generation and you may find getting stuck with 2 x 512MB modules just as much of a pain.

Other than that looks good to me and PSU should be fine with the rig as it is now ;)
 
if i need to upgrade again it will be a similar kind of overhaul probably, or i can just replace the psu

plus, i cant see me wanting more than 2gb of ram tbh
