The best sim racers are always faster than real drivers who drive sims. I bet if Hamilton was an avid online sim racer, there would be sim only racers faster than him for certain. I don't think Greger Huttu (awesome legendary sim racer) can be beaten by anybody.

Codemasters own it now, so it'll most likely be just as awful as GRID

As the person above said, it sounds like it'll be ghost style racing, you have a grid of cars taken from the GPS sat data, you are the only real player in game, you wouldn't be able to collide with the other cars, just see them on the track and their laptimes etc.

meh - we've had that for years now - its called 'lap times'....
