Is that not the same as D/E ratio? I was going by this on wikipedia. It says "This ratio is also known as Risk or Gearing". Is wiki wrong or am I interpreting it wrong?
Not necessarily. You could calculate stock days if you wanted to however it is fine to just have it as a ratio which shows the number of times the stock is replaced in the year.
