I'm having trouble finding a frying pan, I'm sure I've seen them before. But for the life of me I can not find any.

What I'm after is the same but with two of the hooped handles instead rather than a normal handle, so it actually fits in the oven and doesn't waste room.

Is there a special name for them or are they just rare.

Aren't you supposed to use frying pans on the hob?

Sometimes it's useful to be able to stick a frying pan in the oven. This can shorten cooking time for things like Spanish tortillas and save the bottom part from getting overcooked as it might if left on the hob until the top was cooked.

Don't look for a frying pan, Look for Paella Pan :)

Thanks that's the exactly what I'm after. But can't find any Hard anodized ones in the UK.

Unfortunately I don't think so, I dont think it has a completely flat bottom, Although I do want hat anyway.

Kind of but lots of things need starting of on the hob then goign into a oven. My anolon professional doesn't fit in the oven. Which is why all good pans have metal handles so you can sick them in the oven.

This is exactly the type of thing I'm looking for, but can't find it in the UK. Hope link is ok, usually is with direct link to product.
