hi

im still in my search for a monitor for gaming ,i use a bfg 8800gts 320mb and would like a 20" screen

budget £250

ive got a shortlist of monitors ive looked at-

viewsonic vx2025 20"
belinea 22"
samsung bw206 20"
samsung bw205 20"

im leaning towards the samsung bw205 ,for the price it seems a bargain?

The SM205BW is a pretty good screen, i had chance to review one here a while ago. I think however that it is important to understand that it will offer difference performance characteritics to other models like the VX2025WM due to panel technologies used. The SM205BW is TN Film, whereas the VX2025WM is P-MVA for instance. This article is relevant for you

so basically tn film is good for gaming and if im on a budget?

would i be better of going for the something else :confused:

perhaps i would be better waiting for the samsung bw206 to come back in or is that a tn panel as well?
