Find me a water proof container for this...

You can get boxes for joining armored electrical cable underground. You might be able to find something that would accept pond/garden hose diameter, but it's gong to be expensive.

Failing that, I would just use a high quality sealable tupperware box and carefully cut three holes in it using a hole saw. It won't be water tight, but it should keep it clean'ish. You might even be able to find some grommets if you have decent local hardware shop.

Pelican case.

Peli cases are good.

We had a few bolted to equipment we were testing out at sea with mobile phones inside to log data (+ solar panels to charge them). The cases were exposed and bore the full brunt of the waves :D.

You also pay for that quality. They're not cheap
 
Just a standard drain cover + large tube should be fine, you'd need to cut the holes for the pipe to go through, but it'll give you access + it won't look naff
