Find My app question

I have 3 family members, I'm the organiser, we are all sharing our location, but when I open find my, under people one family member has there name and picture, but the other family member has just their email.
Perhaps its a setting I need to change?

I was going to remove person from find my list to see if that would work but then I was unsure how I add family member back into find my?

Update, I realised I need to update the contact info in find my, now profile picture is synced.
