Find the game - block busters see inside

I remember when I was younger I used to play a block buster game and it was amazing...

Had the following features,

Sortening bar,
Lengthening bar
Sticky bar
Multi ball
Shooter bar

Must have been pre 2000.

Can anyone find either the name for it or a download link?
