On a side note/serious note. It's important to me that they're cat friendly, what if they are not and are borderline abusing him when I'm not indoors? Not really fair to the cat is it.

Obviously I'm not going to expect them to love him like their own but if you sit on my sofa it's minutes before the cat comes to investigate.
