Finding last key strokes

Is there any way i can find my last keystrokes on my PC? Like is there a free program i can download to find them?

I think thats impossible to do without a program already running in the background to catch the key presses.

as said above it is impossible. if in the future you want to find out, then make sure a program is running. i think there are free ones out there.

Why would someone want software to do this unless they planned on stealing someones password or private information from it?

haha no. Just created a hotmail account and i forgot the Password already..BUT ive also typed in my secret question wrong so i cant reset it lol. so ive just made a new one.
