Finding Suitable Graphics Card for Pair of 30" Monitors

But...my second internal hard drive is now sometimes not starting up (50/50 coin toss when I switch the PC on). Is this a sign of a struggling PSU? Or some other problem? Can't find any loose connections. My main drive (SSD) works fine.
