Finding the make\ model of graphics card

Said I would sort out a friends pc, I have it up and running again with a fresh install of XP. I have no idea what the graphics card is as their are no obvious signs of a make other than a sticker with the following on.

It is an AGP card.

Sorry. Could be something by matrox, idk. I guess if gpu-z shows nothing you could dismantle it and see if there's any identification on the chip or w/e.
