What an fantastic game with a gripping story from start to finish. It's been a while since I found a game so much fun that I saw it through to the end.

Even on medium low settings the game is a wonderful piece of art. I'm not going to say anything to spoil the story for others but I think it was made very clear by the ending we'll be seeing a lot more of Crysis in the future.

Strange thing I noticed is a lot of what was mentioned in interviews I watch with the guys at Crytek about the the game don't seem to appear in the game. I assume I''ll see them in expansions or something.

All I can say is Brilliant.

Well, i'm on the final boss but a bug is stopping me from killing him (right bit, won't lock on), i doubt i'll ever complete this one, not that i don't want to.

I was playing it on a MSI 7900GTO 512mb Mideium low setting at 800x600 res. lol I set it that low because when I get to the part where everything gets frozen I got an insane hit to my frame rate.

Did you wait for the conformation to lock on and fire?

game is ok untill u come to that alien stuff.i think i would have liked another big mission in the jungle rather than flying around in a alien.:D

I too completed it on delta - was a challenge alright!

Manage to play through the whole game @ 1600*1200 with most things on high, I could live with the occasional stutters, it was playable otherwise as far as I was concerned - not smooth by any stretch however.

I'm not sure how my 256mb x1900 would have coped but my 512mb 2900 pro seems to do alright with it, only time I need to turn things down is online but thats a given really !

i agree the game was brilliant, though so many will disagree because it has aliens

I just hope when Nvidia make there 9000 series they make a card that will actual fit in my PC like a 9800GTS or something. I would love to atleast to be able to play the game on high setting because like I've said it was beautiful on low settings so I think I'd be in Awe if I played it on High or very high setting. Maybe one day on Ultra. lol

I thought the Alien side fitted well in the game. You know how you hear conspiracy storys how some people believe the Pyramids were made with aid from Aliens. Well it's got that kind of intreaging and mysterious feel to it.

(Oops how do I delete this post so I can added it to my other.)

I had that bug too. I had to revert to a previous save to get it to lock on. Also the other bug where you fall through the carrier deck floor. Why Crytek ignored these issues or failed to spot them at all is beyond me.

Ive played for a bit. Got a little mythed with the whole thing. Just not to involved in the story and gameplay sucks a bit.

Game suggests low profile bit, no good, koreans see you, firefight.

Game suggests cloak, no good, Koreans see you, firefight

Game suggests sneak allong beach, no good, koreans see you, firefight

Game suggests sneak allong bushes, no good, Koreans see you, firefight

Having just completed and thoughouly enjoyed COD4, id say that that was a much better game. You actually had to use some skill, and different parts were very cleverly done. The story was also belivable and relivant.

I will continue to play Crysis. But the difference is Ive played for a few hours, quit, and have no desire to go back yet. I couldnt put COD4 down for a few days! Thats the difference in my mind.

I agree COD4 is the better game, but as for the stealth in Cryisis. I didnt have to fire a single bullet if i didnt want to, i sneaked past about 90% of the koreans including when you go into the massive base on my second play through.
