Firefox 3.0 -

well i have noticed on a lot of different pc's its not that it takes ages to get into the prog its that you get in and start typing something - maybe get one word then it hangs for a while
 
That could be it updating your feeds - some of that stuff needs work.
A new profile should make pretty obvious what's going on though.
 
No problems here. Try disabling your extensions and enabling them one by one.
Or get one of those new SSDs :)
 
I have an annoying issue which stops me from opening multiple windows (tabs are fine) and when I close firefox it remains running in the background. :mad:
 
I find this so fast when open or anything - it so quick and Mozilla will put latest update Fx 3.0.2 by middle of Sept to fix the security patch and latest new Fx 3.1 due by Jan 2009.
 
I found the same problem with FF3 and then installed Vista SP1....like a rocket now and have loads of extensions and themes running!

Check ya service packs on the PC's...like SP2 on XP etc
