Nightly Tester Tools is a better option with Override button in the addons dialogue itself.
 
An update has been released to Strata40 theme which makes tab bar slightly slimmer bars and some other icon tweaks/changes here and there making the netbook experience more worth while :)

Manually update if you're not set to auto update!

Jimmy1983 sorry didn't even see your Q as I didn't get a thread update email!

In the button customisation dialogue you can hide menubar items through the new button or just right click hide menu bar, pressing ALT will show it if needed.

It's always been like that, the status and toolbar width is a tiny bit shorter than the webpage body - strange but not really an issue
 
I prefer the newer theme tbh though, better icons for the buttons and better unfocused tab glass
 
Yeah the tools button on yours is the old style one, if I cycle bewteen old Strata40 and the new one the buttons change, newest one uses the new icon above.

I don't know if it's strata buddy then because I don't use it but instead use stytlish code to put tabs on top.

But still, your tools menu icon is the old type whereas the new one is in mine, sure your theme updated?
 
Aha I see it now, there is a tools icon button in the customise dialogue and also a tools button with text - both show different things, the one I'm using is part of personal menus so I have it with a few more items in there for quick access.
 
I don't know about the green but the blue bars per tab are much better.. Tabberwocky will enable this.
 
I never enabled the green bar, didn't like it that much but I do like the blue bars per tab as per my screenshot!
 
FEBE will back your [yikes!] up in Firefox and allow selective or full restoration of absolutely anything.

It's quicker and easier and better to use FEBE.

That way you can track backups and restore exactly what you want instead of just a huge folder full of crap built up over time.

With FEBE if your profile messes up you can selectively restore different parts to find out what went wrong then just rebuild the broken section of the profile.

Once configured, FEBE does it better and faster.

Also it's completion report page is helpful (it includes this in the backup location too on every backup).

I do but I have different opacity levels so selected tabs are more visible.


All a part of the Strata theme.

It looks cheap and gimmicky any other way.

Get Strata Buddy extension to accompany the Strata40 theme then enable tabs on top in Strata Buddy.
