Adblock Plus doesn't work properly with this version yet it seems?

So I'll stick to Beta 4 for now.

Try adding a filter using Adblock - or opening the open blockable items dialogue....

Firefox 3.0b5

OMG :eek:

I have just gone from Firefox 2 which was using 150mb of Ram to this new beta version with most of my extensions/Littlefox theme installed and its now running at 45mb !

I had no problems installing it and it is an incredible improvement.

Whats the stability like ?

There's already a thread on FF3b5 but I'm using the portable version and i've had a couple of random crashes but in general its fine. Stylish with the modified OCUK theme has white text in white boxes

Whether or not it's my fault for running 3 consecutive windows & 15 tabs in each, I do get instability problems with all Firefox 3 versions. The CPU usage will jump to around 48-50% on both cores and slow firefox down. I've got to end the task for it to correct itself, memory usage is brilliant though nothing like the amounts version 1 & 2 used!

Not used FF3 myself much, but it's never crashed or anything on me.

Trying out the new beta now myself. Love what they've done with the layout, goes with Vista very well.

I have issues with replying to threads on a different forum - sometimes the cursor just doesnt appear in the text box

Hmm the ram used is much higher. Its gone back up to 120mb with only 3 tabs open ?

Any ideas why ?
