FIREFOX AND INTERNET EXPLORER PROBLEM

Hi guys im getting a problem with both programs now, when i open up a page with firefox i get a box pop up on my screen stating......

where is the debugger or host application running?
local host or other machine

also internet explorer is beginning to mess about opening pages now and its hit and miss

anyone help me?

Are you sure it's not just flash that's causing the problem and not the browsers?

For firefox try this: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/updaters/9/flashplayer_9_plugin_debug.exe

Try running it to repair flash.
