Firefox and middle mouse hold scrolling issue

I use the middle mouse button click and drag because its quicker than scrolling up and down with wheel. Anyhow i have this issue for awhile where when i let go after moving the cursor up or down most of the screen while scrolling it opens new tabs or open links if i happen to stop and release middle mouse click on a url. I want that stopped so it never does that anymore opening tabs or urls if i scroll with middle mouse click.

Any help on how to go about this?

Hmm seems its a issue with razer drivers with db3g.

Mine is fine; Logitech G500.

However if i single click with my middle mouse button, it opens link in new tab

Was the 1.01 driver, i reverted back to 1.0 and its fine now.
