Allow viewing of hidden folders and go to:

Code:
C:\Documents and Settings\<Your Name>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\

There should be a folder called bookmarkbackups. :)

Do a search for bookmarks.html, it should reside in your Documents and Settings/application data dir. That'll have your bookmarks in. How come you're using such an old version of FF anyway?

Hi there,

Sorry to hijack your thread but:

Whats the advantages of using an older version of firefox over the new ones?.....I dont see the point?

Thanks...

Nostalgia? Back in the days when things were moving fast (atleast from my observations) I had the latest stable version and the latest trunk build installed alongside eachother. Infact, I think I still have v0.7 installed.

Plus, the automated update system wasn't introduced until v1.5 so prior to that you had to actively check for updates or you got left behind. That may well be what has happened to sven256 :)
