firefox bookmarks

after firefox updating itself i have lost all of my bookmarks, i made a backup off them all via microsoft word but i deleted that also oooppppssss. does any one know how or off a way for me to retreve them?

Try http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/profile. Your stuff should be there somewhere. Also you can search le forums, there will be loads of threads on this kind of stuff.

Congrats! Now install https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2109 so you can backup your bookmarks every day.

I use FoxMark to backup and sync bookmarks between my various machines, wouldn't be without it as I used to do this manually before which was a bit of a chore

You can also got to Bookmarks>Organise bookmarks>File>Export and save a copy where every you like

Firefox also makes a backup automatically in the bookmarkbackups folder within your profile.
