Firefox Issues

I'm hoping this is really simple, but I can't seem to reorder tabs any more in FF. Using latest version. Also, when I mouse over stuff, like Eve loadouts on BattleClinic, I don't get the pop ups over the weapons etc. Can't see any options to fix either issue. Any ideas?

reinstall, disable the plugins, new profile etc... the usual methods to fix firefox issues
