Firefox menu modding question

Is there any way to modify the right click menu in Firefox? Example is when I right click to save an image the option below it is send image and I regularly hit that by mistake which fires up Outlook. This is annoying, is there any way I can take it out of the menu? I never mail images direct like that.

Next up is when I'm saving any file. If I've copied a name and I want to past it in as the filename sometimes instead of getting the normal right click menu (cut, copy, pastes etc) I get a Windows help box "What's This?" Well I know damn well what it is because I've been using Windows for years, so how can I kill it from giving me this annoying notification?

Yep, there is an extension called Menu Editor

It allows you to modify any of the main menus (the ones at the top left corner of the screen) as well as the right-click Context Menu. I've heavily modified mine to get rid of all the useless stuff that comes as default as well as stuff extensions insist on using. On top of that it's very easy to use too!
