firefox + opera issue

hey am havin troubles with the browsers it seems like they bottle neck when i open them up im thinking mybe a java, or flash issue it realy kills the cpu load and only has happend recently so am at a total lost nothing major or questionable installed and stuff that ive had on before ..... klite was the last instalation ..... any ideas
