Firefox playing up

I don't know at what point this started, other than "Sometime today"

Basically, Firefox is loading some websites, half loading/slow loading others, incorrectly displaying some (Like this one) and flat out refuses to load others. There's no warnings or errors or anything, and IE works fine. I've completely wiped firefox from my computer and reinstalled etc etc and can't get it to function as normal.

Any ideas?
 
You didn't answer either question - wiped all trace from where? Did you delete your profile? (which isn't stored in Program Files) and what version are you using?

Ah yeah, profile was also deleted using the firefox uninstall program, and the version is whatever the latest version is, 3.6 I think.
 
So you have no extensions? Help -> About will give the version number. 3.6.1's a long way off the latest one - where did you download it from?
Do you have some kind of proxy configured in either?
