Firefox plugin non responsive and crashing

Hi all,

Firefox keeps crashing saying a script has crashed. usually when im on say facebook and youtube its like its too much for it. Something to do with shockwave?

Well, ive tried upgrading to the latest version, windows 7 is fully up to date, along with all my drivers and flash player etc.

I've tried there trouble shoot mode, but to no avail. Now a friend of mine also has the same problem.

have any of you had this problem before? and what did you do to cure it please?

Have you tried uninstalling Firefox,flash,shockwave then reboot and run System Ninja for junk files scan and delete what it finds,reinstall FF,shock/flash etc after .
