Firefox problem connecting

I can quite happily browse the web with IE, but firefox comes up with a "problem loading page, unable to connect" error....i've had a look at the connection settings but cant see anything?!?

I am connecting via a broadband router

any help much appreciated

It doesnt seem to be firefox, but ZoneAlarm grrrrrr!

I've now removed ZoneAlarm, seemed to be a dodgy install going on as it wasnt fully installed.......but i now cant reinstall it!

Something about the truevector service, but i cant find this in the services
