Firefox refresh/follows links silently - Fix?

Hi,

Firefox was fine this morning but somewhere between then and now (I'd noticed something was "wrong" but couldn't put my finger on it!) I've realised that Firefox has gone silent on me - Sounds work (EG, Youtube) however browser sounds (Well more specifically, the noise when you refresh or follow a link) no longer works.

I have checked and IE still "clicks" when I follow links but Firefox doesn't - Any simple fixes?

Firefox has never made browser sounds for me :confused:
