Firefox strange font problem...

Not sure when this started, and I can't work out how to fix it. And the only example of it I could find tonight was Google correcting me on spelling. Any ideas how I can get my normal font back:

copy over your bookmarks and settings and stuff and create a now profile prehaps? i've had many odd problems (similar to that one and completely different) and despite how unrealated to profiles they are a new one fixed it.

Try adjusting the text size in the VIEW tab at the top. Could be it's a little too large.

As allllec suggested, a new profile should fix it if it's a preference issue - but try it before you copy anything across.

If you reduce the text size, it shouldn't look like that (I just tried it).

Check Tools -> Options -> Content -> Fonts & Colours.
The Default Font should be Times New Roman, size 16. In the box you get from the Advanced button, the values should be (for Western):
Proportional: Serif, 16pt
Serif: Times New Roman
Sans-serif: Arial
Monospace: Courier New, 13pt
Minimum font size: None

Try clearing the cache too.
