Firefox using 100% CPU usage when viewing YT video's at 4k/60

Hi so is it normal for Firefox and YouTube to use 100% CPU when viewing 4k/60 video's?

I have a 5600x so I'm a bit confused.

What settings can be used to bring this usage down?

As above, it will also depend on the GPU you're using. If the GPU does not have a VP9 decoder then Firefox and any other browser will dump the workload on the CPU instead.

I have fixed it. I downloaded enhanced-h264ify

And tried different combo's of codecs until it worked for my setup!
