firefox virus meed help

Was on ebay looking at some item and starting taking to some other websites, kept on coming back no matter what page on went on and now the has come up, not sure what to do now so need some help please.

what anti-virus do you have? those pages are ever where. i would say run a scan on your anti-virus and if it finds it it should do its job... if not it probably fake and just clear your browser data

I run avast, on firefox I cannot do anything now.

Looks like you've picked up some malware or just hitting a website pop-up trying to get you to call so you can be conned. Try running the free version of Malwarebytes.

What virus scanner are you running?

I have run avast and Malwarebytes amd found nothing, I killed firefox and restarted it and I can now do what I like, this was the item I was looking at, I sent the seller a nice message, as it must be something to do with there listing.

Run ccleaner than malwarebytes / superantispyware.

Highly doubt it is anything to do with the Ebay listing.

That smells like some nasty hidden script either in that page or in an advert on that page was the cause of that (I did notice that you don't have an ad blocker running) and it's possible that the cache version of it was wiped when you force closed the browser.

This is one of the reasons why I have adblock plus set to very on.
