Firestick Ethernet adaptor

Hi I have a firestick which sometimes buffers for a second iptv and built in apps and I wondered if this was caused by WiFi dropping for a second and wondered if the above would help?

Thanks all, it’s the current 4k max stick and it’s around 6m and one brick wall away from my router using 5g

Update luckily I have a switch in the av cabinet so after getting the hdmi cable rerouted and the Ethernet cable plugged in still getting some buffering freezing using iptv but will live with that
