Thats some impressive graphics score man!

Yeah, had to break 7k!.

And on the scoreboard.:)

I think the next time futuremark bring out a new bench we should base the leaderboard on the graphics score. Lets face it when people start using Haswell E with 8 or more cores the physics score will go through the roof but will do nothing for actual gameplay or graphics speed.

Or just do a table for Overall score and Graphics score. :)

Easy for me to say as I don't maintain the thread :D

SieB - you've got exactly the same hardware as me! I beat you by 547 points -cmon get that 2500k to 4.8 or above and beat me I dare you!

:D

Sadly, my 2500k isn't a very good clocker, I will have a play around later and see what I can do though. I doubt I can get it to do 4.8, maybe i'll get lucky and get a 4.8 run out of it before it BSODs.

Ok, so far this is the best I have got.. but i'm having a problem with a Red Screen of Death. Does anyone know what causes the RSoD? And what I need to to to stop getting it?
Every time I get a good run going in Fire Strike Extreme, i'm getting one before it finishes.

Single card

i5 2500k 4.8ghz - air
290p Tri-X - 1225/1550 air

Score 5175

Graphics Score - 5621
Physics Score - 8017
Combined Score - 2434

EDIT:

Highest I can get with 4.7ghz on my 2500k. With 4.8ghz I can't complete a good run without getting a RSoD. :(

Scoreboard updated.:)

I don't know what causes the RSOD, on mine I don't get them. If I push mine to far the screen just freezes.

YES!!

I can field this one. Had a couple of Red Screens Of Death myself recently. In my case cpu voltage needed a bump, however it can also be DRAM voltage and VCCIO related. Increasing them one or two notches at a time until you fix it. Since doing that, no more RSOD. Not gpu related.

I didn't think it was GPU related but wasn't 100% sure. I don't want to push my CPU volts higher though as i'm already using 1.50v for 4.8ghz.
I can try bumping the DRAM voltage up though. Until I get a new mobo and CPU I don't think I can push what I have any further without risk, my GPU can definitely be pushed more, it's just my CPU holding me back now.

Thanks for the help. :)

Not seen any Titan Black benchmark results in these benchmark threads, assuming there isn't much take up of them then?

They don't offer any extra over a stock 780ti for normal resolutions but if you are curious the performance should be almost identical between the two cards.

Have you got all the LLC settings set to 'Extreme' (or whatever max is on your mobo). I set phase control, load-line calibration and duty control to extreme, seemed to get my 4.8ghz stable at 1.44v. 1.5v might even be too much voltage causing the lockups - dunno
